Iphone 4s Email Watch for:
If customer is receiving server not responding message check the following:
Go to Settings:
Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Select Account
Scroll down to the Outgoing Mail Server and tap the smtp field:
Check to make sure all OTHER servers are turned off:
