Just a reminder there is a known issue with speakers.
Do a master reset and if the problem still exists then contact apple care.
If you are out of warranty you have two options:
1) insurance replacement
2) upgrade
There is a third/fourth option which is basically pay Apple $199 orpay the full phone price:( both those options are not pleasant.
