SKYPE issue with iPhone

So apparently there is an issue with Skype and video chat on the iPhone. I am presently working on finding a solution and will post screenshots and more information as I get it.

Issue: When attempting to make or receive a video call from another SKYPE user the iPhone (happens on 4, 4s and 5) seem to not always see both video feeds.

What is being seen: 

The middle image defaults to what the person's profile pic is.

What should be seen:

When it is happening: 

It is happening on iPhone app when receiving video calls from Android, Windows PC and MAC.

Tested this on several devices (Android, PC, MAC and Windows Phone), doesn't appear to be related to one ID, AND the other devices listed above work and see both feeds just not happening with the iPhone app.

Resolution: 

Contacted SKYPE support and after roughly 1 chat (transferred once) and 5 emails was finally able to get them to see it was not the Android that was the issue but that something else was going on.

They are looking into it and will hopefully have a patch soon.
