iTunes "Waiting for items to copy" perpetual loop

Does your sync stop at the last step and stay on waiting for items to copy?

Here are some things to try:
1) Uninstall and Reinstall iTunes
2) Remove Voicememos from phone and also uncheck the box next to Voice Memos in Music.
3) Restart iPhone
4) Restart Computer
5) Turn off Genius
6) Reset Sync History
7) Delete iPod Photo Cache (in Pictures)
8) Check for updates. (In theory this shouldn't have anything to do with it.)
9) Manually sync each category minus apps.

If that doesn't work contact Apple Support.
