iPhone Cases Warning
BEWARE!!! These two iphone cases are known for causing the Ringer/sound problems for the iphone. There isn't one specific iPhone it is all of them.

The reason is because the slider option on the top left hand side gets hit just right and causes the slider to turn onto vibrate. The only way to resolve it is to remove the case make sure that the slider is all the way forward then put the case back on.
Have someone make a test call to ensure that the ringer is working before you put your case back on.
