Mobile Locate

 

Mobile locate is a free app that comes with AT&T's Mobile Protection Pack.

To download Mobile Locate:

• Go to App Store

• Go to Search

• Enter in Mobile Locate and click Search
• Tap Free and Install App

To Setup Mobile Locate:

• Open App

• Tap Begin Setup
• Enter your 10 digit number

• Accept the Terms and Conditions

• Enter in a 4 digit Pin Code and your email

• Select a Security Question and type the answer

• You are now setup

Mobile Locate APP screens:

• Home

• Pin

• Profile: Shows your email address and phone number

• Help

• About

To Locate your Device:

• Go to http://www.att.com/mpp

• Sign in
• Enter Pin

• Select Locate Device

• Select Locate now

Mobile Locate Website:

• If you have the app but not the service:

• Login

• Enter your passcode

• Locate device

• If you have the service but haven't downloaded the app:

• Login

• Select option

• View Interactive Guide and Remote Support options

• If you have the service and downloaded the map here are the screens you will see:

• Main screen

• Insurance Screen

• Locate

• Support (Remote Support is at the bottom!)
