How to lock the screen rotation

1) From the home screen double tap the home button:

2) Slide the bottom section from left to right: 

 3) Select the box with a half circle

 4) Tap the box and a lock will appear

 5) You will now see a lock in the top right hand corner of your iphone ()

Take the same steps to reverse the process.
