How many times have you tried to reset your Apple ID and found that the security questions (alright let's be honest the Birthdate) is incorrect? There is a way to update/change this information to reflect the correct answers. To do so first make sure you reset your Apple ID by requesting and email authentication. Once you have the Password reset you can update/change that information.
To make the changes go to the
Apple ID Website
- Select Manage your Apple ID:
- Enter your information in and sign in:
- Once you are signed in on the Left Hand side select Password and Security:
- Answer the security questions and click Submit:
- Make changes to whatever information is incorrect:
