FitBit App Updated

Fitbit is an application that allows you to track your fitness. You can track your steps, your food intake, sleep, and even glucose and blood pressure (some features are only available on the website).

The mobile application allows you to see your progress and add food, activities, and sleep.


The newest feature to this is it allows you to set up a Silent Alarm. This depending on the fitbit you use, sends a vibration to the fitbit to alert you or remind you to do something.
